Knightdale, Raleigh area?

Would love to make some girlfriends from NC as my son lives in Knightdale and I will be down after Xmas, for who knows how long?

I live in Knightdale and just had the open gastric bypass with remnant gastrectomy, gall bladder removed, and 3 hernia's repaired as well as an abdominal wall reconstruction. Yesterday was my 7 week anniversary from surgery. I don't know of any single men in the Knightdale area either...sorry. :( 

I have been wanting to go to the WLS group that Barbara runs; however, I am still recovering. It has been a rough recovery; however, it is getting better everyday. :) I have lost 30 lbs. in 7 weeks; however, I have heard of others who have lost more. I'm not sure if 30 lbs. is considered a good weight loss 7 weeks post op; however, it feels good to me. :)

Knightdale is a great town....I hope you have a great time when you get here.
