I like Fage 0% Greek yogurt.  The breakdown on it for a 6oz container is......90 calories...0 fat......0 carbs...7 sugars......and  15 g of protein

At Harris teeter it's like $1.99 a container and at Food Lion it's more like $2.19 for the same thing.

Hi Shan,
How much sugar does your NUT recommend?
Even at two years out 20 grams would knock me for a loop.
Fage is the best I think and I like to add Polanar All Fruit. spread to mine.

I love either Nonfat Chobani or Fage 0%. They each have 15 gms protein & 7 gms carb. Chobani is 100 cal/6 oz serving and Fage 0% is 90 cal/6 oz serving. Both are great and I eat them daily. If you don't like the plain yogurt, sweeten it with some splenda or sf vanilla syrup.

BJs carries the large carton of Chobani - they carry the small flavored (too much sugar) and the large 0%.  I mix it with protein powder to flavor it.  Lots of protein and great for breakfast.

I tried the Fage Zero mixed with the Polnar All Fruit, the fage without anything tastes terrible, so i mixed the Polnar... it took so much Polnar to even make a bit of flavor change, i ended up with 40 gm sugar... and it still tasted like sour milk.... Yoplait for me!!! I'll the the 100 calories & 6 protien any day!!!

I use 0% Fage... for almost everything from yogurt mixed with fruit/ nuts, to adding Toriani or DaVinci flavored syrups to it for something sweet (like a parfait) to using it as a substitute for sour cream (much healthier alternative).

The large tub of Fage at Trader Joe's is 4.49
