Happy Fall Yall
Can yall believe it's October?? I love, love, love the nip in the air in the early mornings. This is by far my favorite time of the year.
My scales haven't moved in a while and even though I'm semi-ok with that I realize that, if I'm honest with myself about it, that maybe I haven't been doing everything I can to maximize my RNY potential. EXERCISE. There I've said it. While I'm more active than I've ever been in my life - I've not been totally committed to an exercise regiment.
So today I'm making a commitment to exercise. Everyday this month I WILLl alternate between the gym, the home gym, the wii fit and a host of opportunities that exist. I WILL elevate my heart rate and maintain it for a minimum of 30 minutes each day.
I WILL also continue to track my food. I WILL continue to drink my water. I WILL continue to take my vitamins daily. I WILL continue to post on this forum regularly to seek support and offer help.
Just had to put this in words and post it for all to read in an effort to hold myself accountable.

Hi Iris,
I was thinking how glad I am that fall has arrived too. I'm ready for sweaters and fall leaves. It's such a beatiful time of year.
Like you, I think that my weakest link is that I am not 'commited' to exercise. Your post makes me think that it might just be on my horizon, with the new crisp, cool morning air a walk sounds delightful.
Wishing you conintued success on your journey,
Barbara
