I am excited for you.  I remember getting the approval and then my date. Fun times.....  But, the best are yet to come!  Wait until you get your first wow moment.  There are such amazing times to come.   New clothes, surprised looks from people you haven't seen in awhile, and just feeling soooo much healthier.  It is not always easy but it is worth it.   Congrats.

Congratulations!!! I am also going to see Dr. MacDonald tomorrow - after that I will have my date. I have BCBSNC insurance, so after my meeting with him tomorrow they will send everything to the insurance and hopefully I will know if I am approved.

Was this a long process for you?

Not at all! Three days!! It went really fast for me. The longest wait was waiting for them to submit it to your insurence. They said they have up to two weeks to submit it, she submitted mine in 7 days, and three days later it was approved! Good luck to you! I hope it goes very smooth, and fast!
