Great surgeons in Durham/Raleigh area for Lap Band
Dr. Enochs may be a good surgeon, but if you choose him, watch out for the office staff. They were incompetent and made three blunders which caused me not to get surgery, but because of his office's failure to get me scheduled for surgery AFTER BCBS approved my surgery before the new fiscal year ended, I am now unable to afford the deductible, co-insurance, and out of pocket expenses for this surgery which total up to be around $3300-$3400. Dr. Enochs offered to do the surgery for a zero fee, but how would that help me? However, BCBS stated that I would still be liable for the new fiscal year's high deductibles.
If you do go with Enochs, stay on top of that office staff. Leigha seems to be the only one that was sympathetic to what all had happened. I started all that testing you had to go through in order to get approved on March 31, 2009 and completed all my visits within the month of April. Blue Cross approved me on June 22 and Dr. Enochs' staff failed in their duty to get me scheduled. I am just heartbroken.
