I will get right to the point the doctor I saw today did not feel it would be a safe thing to fix my mons because of the problems with my legs.
It was a hard thing to hear but I am questoning should I stop looking into having it done or should I focas on the many wonderful things I have in my life since wls.
I am so grateful that Debbi told me about Pat my God I sure need her help to come to terms with myself on how to accept things.

Hi Annie,

I really respect and trust Dr. Schwarz, but would get a second opinion and would check to see if he and the second opinion Dr think you'll never be able to have this surgery or if you can address the issues with your legs first, then revisit the PS issues you want to address.

I'm glad that you have a counselor to help you deal with the incredible metamorphosis that you've made on your journey thus far, including the excitement and disappointments associated with the journey.

Hi Barb,
There is no cure for my lymphadema but it can be managable.
I talked to my mom and she says by all means get another opinon.
She wants . me to contact Dr. Farrel *****ally seems to have my best intrest at heart.
I followed through with the ultra sound on both legs.
UNC gave me a number of a clinic who have lots of things available to help with my legs but everytime I call I cant get through.
I will not give up so easy.

Hang in there girl! Maybe  I should give info about therapists. Both therapists that I am listing deal with what we are going through. I would have never known you did go to see Pat except you told me. Both Pat and Bobby are extremely professional people, and are familiar with weight loss surgery and the challenges we face as we travel this journey. Check out their websites and give them a call.

Saving wildlife is risky bussiness.
Litte Budie was doing wonderful I had such hope for him.
I came home last Friday to feed him his bottle he was not in the cage I looked eveerywhere in the cage but he was not there.
He had somehow gotten out and the cat found him and do what cats do.
It was sad but I did what I had to do and buried him.
