Vitamin Question

Ok so I have been taking Optisource, which I have to take 4 times a day. Was wondering is the BariatricAdvantage the same 4 times a day or less. And how do they taste. What flavor are they? I am getting to the bottom of my bottle and just interested in trying something new. Any suggestions?
