Medical ID

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is well. I have not posted much lately, hope to get an update out this weekend. Since having my surgery there never seems to be enough time. I try and at least get on here to catchup with everyone every couple of days, looks like everyone is doing well! Keep up the great work!

I need to order a medical id and I can't remember what I need to have put on it. I know I have read on here in the past so I thought I would ask!

On the front.. mine says "RNY PATIENT"  on the back it says "NO BLIND NG TUBE"
                                                                                                     "NO NSAIDS"
                                                                                               "ALLERGIC TO *****"
