some thoughts

Okay I am going to have my second enoscope on October 15th.
Since they found many ulcers near my opening to the pouch and I have been taking my meds.
I am thnking I should not have my stoma streched but keep it where it is so it will keep me in check.
Happy to report things have not been getting stuck as much but my intake is still very limited.
I had a special visitor on Tuesday Suzanne came by for lunch on her way home.
It was great to see her and meet her travel buddie.
Suzanne got to meet my babies too.
I will be going to see a social worker on Monday who helps wls people deal with body image and some of the extra baggage we carry after wls.
I will be following up with the PS tomorrow to schedule a appointment for a consult.
As far as my Al-Anon meetings OMG I am loving them!!!
Thank you to my special friend on OH who helped me find my Al-Anon.

You go girl!  Patricia Catanio is an excellent therapist. I have been seeing her since my pre-op days and I am so thankful for her guidance and help on my life journey. I'm sure you will benefit from her gentle approach of taking care of yourself. I am happy that I could help you find her, as you are the one usually giving, it is part of our journey to recieve help, also.

I am scheduled to see Patrisha on Monday.
Please send me good directions I have a good idea where I am going but you know I tend to linger amongst the clouds.
BTW also scheduled to see the PS on the 23rd.
I am not stopping till I reach my mountain top.

Garmin will get you there better than I would. But when you park, her office is up the stairs, on the bridge of offices over the parking lot. 3rd door down, at the end, where there is a white wicker chair.  (stairs are on the left, if you are facing the building from the street.)

Annie,  you are a beautiful person and I ALWAYS feel uplifted when I'm around you!  Hang in there!  I miss getting to the support meetings and am hoping to find somewhere on here where the next one is... gosh my memory is awful

I'm sorry you have more hills to climb but I have no doubt you will climb them and find what you need!

Oh goodness.  I was afraid of that... I have another board meeting Sat. the 19th up at Lake Gaston on the Virginia side.  Doggone it.  Maybe I can do both.....  our group meeting is at 10, right?
