Dr. Mitchell/Pinehurst support group meeting in Raleigh

Does anyone know when the Pinehurst support group meeting is in Raleigh? I know they meet at the Embassy Suites in Raleigh.  I didn't write it down and I thought it was the 2nd Mon or Tuesday.  If anyone knows please post.

Hi Andrea,
The September meeting should be on the 14th at 6:30 at the Embassy Suites across from Crabtree in Raleigh. If you want to weigh, you might want to get there a little earlier than that so you don't miss the scales. I'm not sure what the topic will be but I hope to see you there!

Thank you so much!!!   I know you told me at the dinner we had in August, but I should have written it down.  I'll get there early and stay for a bit, because I have to be in Garner at 7 pm. ( I can get there a bit late).  I want to find out what the topic is and meet the other people in the support group.

I attended the meeting in Pinehurst this past Thursday. The tJulie presented  7 steps to staying motivated.

I found the presentation to be very useful.
