Your body has just under gone major surgery and needs time to adjust.
Also you calorie intake is not what you are used to having this is one main reasin why you need to work on protein.
Protein will help you get strong again.
Take time and heal and learn how to live with your new pouch.

It's nice to hear that you are not in any pain or having nausea. I guess those are a couple of my fears. I am having my surgery Sept 17th. I hope you get to feeling stronger soon.

jackie, i really am feeling pretty good! i was scared of the nausea and pain as well... but so far, so good! im actually feeling better today than i did yesterday. im hoping that continues... one day at a time!
now, if i could just get this glue off my skin from all the tape they put on me, i would be doing even better! LOL!
