OMG I have found something great!!!
At least I think I have.
At HT today I saw SF chocolate pudding the brand was Kozy Shack.
One serving and a scoop of protein powder and I am in heaven.
They also have vanilla.

Are those the ones in the refrigerated case? Loved their rice pudding as a pre-op - wouldn't touch that stuff now for a million bucks. Rice hurts Oscar the Pouch and then he gets really mad at me for days.

What protein powder do you use?

I avoid rice too.
The protein powder I use is called Pure Protein Vanilla cream I get that at HT also.
I have also discovered mixing the powder with plain soy milk works well no major clumps to deal with.

Annie, when you mix your protein in the pudding.. does it make it almos****ery? When I use Unjury and mix with a sf pudding.. the consistancy is liquid... don't like that. What's your trick?
