I got my probiotics at GNC because they had a chewable one.  I guess I should have asked but I just started taking them.  They have helped my constipation as well.  It was getting really bad.

I am on week two of the couch to 5K.  I am liking it so far.  I will be glad when it's cool enough to run outside.  I don't really like the tredmill.

i would be happy with 26 pounds in 7 weeks!!!  thats great!  im excited for you.
