I'm thinking of ignoring it for awhile! lol
I keep getting on it in hopes that it'll show a new weight...nope, same ole same ole...So I move it here, nope...move it there, nope..still the same :( What gives?
My clothes continue to get baggy and it "seems like I'm losing weight but NOT according to my scale. I've tried to eat more, eat less, exercise more....to no avail. What makes this even more frustrating is I'm just 1 teenie tiny pound from WONDERLAND! arg....
I wish I would have taken measurements before sx so that I could atleast fall back on that...
Note to newbies - Take measurements :) I should have known better :( Maybe I took them and forgot? I need to look....

Hi Wendy,

I know how incredibly frustrating this is and with your experience with the lapband, I imagine it is even more difficult for you than it was for me. That said, please just try to trust that the scale will finally give up the weight. I know that I just couldn't help getting on the scale everyday, but one of the things that started to work for me, was that even though I got on the scales every day, I only 'tracked' my weight once a week. That helped because it allowed me to see 'trends' more easily.

You look great and I'm sure that you will continue to have success as you move forward.

Wishing you all the best,

Barbara
