stall from ?#%$ is over!!!!

Finally, after 4 weeks, my stall is over!  i have dropped another 5 pounds!  i have been stalled since 1 week out from surgery.  i knew the stall would happen, just did not expect it 1 week out from surgery!

so, to all the newbies out there..............THERE IS HOPE, ALL IS NOT LOST, THE STALL  WILL HAPPEN, AND IT DEFINITELY WILL PASS@!!!!!

Congratulations! I know that a relief it is to have the stall pass. I had the same thing happen to me and was sure I was doing something wrong and/or wouldn't lose all of the excess weight. As you can see, I did and I know you will too.

HOORAY! That's sooo GOOD to hear!

I'm stalled out and getting very frustrated! Eat more, eat less, exercise more...what's the deal? I've tried them all :( I think I'm shrinking but the scale isnt moving!!!!!!!!!
