I can always come here

Last night we got a call from my sister in law letting us know there will be a memorial service for her husband on Sunday in Oklahoma OMG
We knew her husband had died a couple of weeks ago and knew the sister had no money to bury him but the state had the body cremated.
DH best buddy is having a big party on Saturday so after Lee talked to his siter she said we could change the day of the service to another time.
DH wants to drive to Oklahoma and we go to the service.
My mom has offered to give us several of her frequent flyer miles and personally I think it makes more sense to fly stay two days and come home.
Lee keeps saying her hates to fly I think he hates to fly because he wont be able to smoke.
Keeping in mind he is smoking 3 packs a day now.
I do think eventually he will come around to flying.
This also presents another situation and that is the animals.
A friend a have on OH has offered to house/pet sit havent heard if she can do it 8/11-8/13

While all this is going on I feel something is not right with my pouch.
I have contacted my doctor in hopes of having it checked out asap.

On a happier note Lee did check my treadmill and cleaned it and did not see anything wrong but found out it stopped the other day because it got over heated.
So to help my stress level this morning I will start week 4 day 1 again today.

it sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now. First and foremost make sure you're taking care of yourself. Having the pouch checked out ASAP is a good idea. I really wish I lived closer to you cause I'd help out in the blink of an eye. Lee will probably come around to the idea of flying but if he doesn't  - well there's nothing else quite like a summertime road trip. Whatever route you decide to take just be careful and plan out your eating (snacks and what have you).

You're working that poor treadmill to death. That is quite a challenge to the rest of us. I know I just moved mine to David's house but have yet to get it upstairs and set up where I want it. hmmmm......sounds like a project for my boys this weekend.

Thanks for the responce Iris,
Yeap you are right I think I am working that treadmill to death LOL.
As for the Long Road Trip it is 17 hours.
I try to always take care of me even tho I try to help Lee but only he can help himself like I help myself.

HI Annie,

I've been out of the loop for a while and wasn't aware of your loss. I'm so sorry to hear that you've lost your BIL, but I'm glad to hear that you and Lee will be able to fly home for the service and to see and support friends and family.

If you need a pet/house sitter, I have someone I use when we go out of town and she's absolutely as honest as they come. If you need her number/contact information, let me know.
