Hi. I got denied the first time because my 6 month program wasnt done right. You have to make sure that when you go in for the appointments you DO NOT talk about anything but the weightloss stuff. Like exercising and dieting. You cant talk about abything else. Even if your chest hurts, you cant talk about it. Because everything you talk about the dr has to put it in the notes. So that is a big thing right there. The other thing is make sure the dr always gets your weight and writes down if you have lost or gained anything. The main thing is you have to see the dr for 6 months straight. If you miss a appointment you have to start all over. I know it sucks but if you want the surgery and medicaid to pay for it you have to do these things.

I hope this helps. If you wanna know anything else or just need some help along the way feel free to send me a messege. Take care and good luck!!!!
