My Treadmill is RTP

Yeap you heard it here first.
I started week 4 of couch 2 8k today had 14 minutes left and it just stopped dead.
I have unplugged replugged everything I can think of.
I guess I have worked it into the ground.
I have heard of another treadmill so I will be checking that out asap.

I am doing the couch to 5k.  I really like it.  It is a little embarrassing since I go to the gym.  I had to let people see me run for the first time in years.  Any way... Did you do couch to 5kt first or start right in on couch to 8k?  Do you walk and then jog?  I hear some people walk and then really walk hard instead of running.  I am doing the walk and jog thing but I didn't feel ready to advance to week 2 so I am doing week 1 over.  I probably just should have gone on to wk 2.  I am a weiner.

I am glad I do it at home so I can grunt and cuss and pass gas you know how that can be after RNY LOL
I started the couch 2 5k and sometimes even repeated a week which I think is fine.
As I said sometimes I march and then go into a slow jog being sure to hold onto the side bars.
I have had balance issues for a long time.
Before surgery I was not able to walk across my yard without a cane.
Take it slow and relize we are putting strains on ourselves which is not normal for us.

I have told Lee I have been smelling like wires or rubber burning he hasent had much time off to check it.
It would be great if it were something simple.
