2 years ago yesterday I was given the greatest gift of all it was a chance to get healthy with RNY.
I am so grateful that I made this choice.
Since surgery yes I deal with many things like eatting to fast not chewing enough and my head many times telling me Oh You Can Eat More NOT.
Even with all that there has never been any regrets.
So this morning as I drink my soy milk with protein powder I celebrate life!!!

Hard to believe it's been 2 years, eh?  I just saw my 2 year anniversary come and go.  I wish I could claim the same succeess that you have enjoyed, but I know that I don't follow the same discipline that you do.  "Nothing changes when nothing changes"...  sigh!

Congratulations, my friend!  Keep up the great work!

Hi Suzanne,
I feel why I am so determined is I suffered for many years as a super mobidly obese person and many of the difficulties I had came from poor choices I made.
I am not perfect but am doing all I can to move in the right direction.

Saprina,
I have come a long way but still feel I have a long way to still go not sure as far as pounds go because of personal choice I avoid the scale but hey any weight lower than 680 is good.
