I had my surgery Thursday 7-23 and all went well.  Dr. MAc fixed my 2 hernias.  I had nausea thursday and friday.  Saturday came home and feeling better each day.  I am getting in 50 grams of protien a day.  It is easier to get my protien in rather than my water.  I am sipping and walking.  The pain is tolerable.  Thank you guys for all your thoughts and prayers.  I will update later.  Have a great day.

Welcome home Amy and congratulations on your surgery.
I could never just drink water and I always use some flavoring like Crystal light or Propel.
It took me a long time to build up to 64oz now I do it everyday no problem.

Amy,
I am so glad you are doing well. The pain will get better every day. Walking really does help. I am so glad you are able to get in your protein as I am not able to get all of mine in. Let me know if you need aything!
