Yup, It's finally happened to me :(  I've been the SAME wt for 3 days now..arg! Maybe it's my cycle time?
I'm gonna walk and extra 20 mins for the next couple of days and see if that wont get things move'n again...
Any advise welcome...besides BE PATIENT ;) lol

46 lbs is great!   Congratulations.  My scale stopped moving after 3 weeks.  I finally lost some this morning but it's really been messing with my head..

Im pretty sure once your food choices change your body goes through a stall because I did after 5 weeks.  I stayed the same weight for a week, and then it regulated after I cut out the carbs and upped my protein through food.  Try not to be scared there is no way you could possibly mess up this early out......good luck, youre doing great!

I know...I've just been living in a "good place" and to not see the scale go down was just a little awakening. I have to realize that its not going to be a HONEYMOON forever...lol
