Thxs Iris but I gotta tell you I just tried mixing protein powder in my coffee like you mentioned in an earlier post.
Did the powder lump up in the coffee?

I usually make mine as an iced coffee. (Sorry) But I've heard that if you mix your powder and splenda and creamer (or what have you) all together and then add a little coffee so you can beat the lumps out and then add it to the mug full. I think it's a little more work but worth it for the pay off.

I love, love, love my iced coffees. Friday afternoon when I got home from work I decided to mix up a Click espresso shake (Gotta love that caffeine jolt). Well I was zooming around the house getting everything straight when I looked and lo and behold Serena (David's 4 year old) had  my shake and was sucking it down. This child has more than her fair share of energy so I had to bribe her to get it away from her. So I improvised with the Cafe International Instant Decaf coffee, a couple of ice cubes and some FF plain yogurt - whizzed it all up in the magic buillet and she LOVED it.  I really hope her Mom appreciated it - since otherwise she'd have been 2 or 3 a.m gettting that child to bed. Oh to be that age all over again.

Iris,
I am sure you have Serena under your spell.
I am sure it made her feel special for you to make her,her own iced coffee.
I did drink lumps and coffee because I am so fixed on getting in lots of protein.
I even made one egg with toast and to this very day I still cant eat the whole egg and usally am able to eat 1/2 of the toast.
