I have been eatting cottage cheese every morning for months.
It is a great source of Protein and makes the pouch happy but it was getting old.
I demoed some Fiber One cereal the other day and I ate a small amount dry it was pretty tasty.
So I put some Fiber One in a small bowl and top it off with flavored SF yogurt.
So now I am on a cereal and yogurt kick for how long I dont know.

Hi Annie :-)
So what kind of yogurt are you using with the cereal?  How much protein are we talking for this?  I have been doing egg white omelets for breakfast and am always looking for something new I might like

Hi Saprina long time no hear from you.
I use the FL no sugar added yogurt which has 6 grams of protein and a serving of the Fiber One cereal which has 6 grams of protein.
Before eatting my cereal I have an Atkins ready to drink shake and that has 15 grams of protein.
I like to start my morning off with a big boost of protein.

I've been eating 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese with 1/2 cup fresh blueberries everymorning for almost a year now... i thought i'd be tired of it by now, but i'm not... i don' t know how long i'm going to keep eating this meal... but i can't seem to stop!!!  I LOVE it!!!  When i'm feeling in a really "exotic" mood i'll throw in a little low fat granola... but mostly it's just cottage cheese and blueberries.

I've tried cereal a few times... mostly with milk, but i think it has too many carbs for me.  I seem to get shaky a couple of hours after eating it.  Occasionally i make myself a pancake from EggFace's pancake recipe... but mostly it's always cottage cheese and blue berries.  Stan says i'm in a rut.... as usually he's right...

What's everybody else eating for breakfast???

Have you tried Greek yogurt?  One of my favorite things is Greek yogurt mixed with fresh fruit and Splenda with Kashi Go Lean sprinkled on top.  Kashi Go Lean and Kashi Go Lean Crunch have added protein in them.  And the Greek yogurt has more protein than other yogurts too.
