leslie update (ldhump)

Just got back from seeing Leslie. She is at Mission in Asheville and I work near the hospital. I went and seen her this evening. They had made her get a CAT scan on her knee and that was scary. Funny thing was Dr. called upstairs to tell Corey her spouse the results and Leslie hadn't even got back upstairs. The knee he said just has arthritis and nothing is broken.

She does have big humongous pins in her right ankle.

As Tammy said they told her she could have her surgery on Tuesday or Wednesday. The doctor said she could eat breakfast in the morning so we know it will not be in the morning. Doctor did not seem to be in any hurry.

Hi Tamara,

I've been out of the loop lately and wasn't aware of Leslie's injury. I'm so sorry to hear of it. I had pins put in my ankle several years ago... The good news is that since I've lost weight, I don't have nearly as much trouble with it.
