Hi everyone. I know its been a while since I posted on here so I just wanted to give you all a update on me...

As some of you know, I had to stop my online college after having my surgery in April because I just didn't feel like doing it honestly. Well, i am back in school as of yesterday working toward my degree in Psychology. I am so happy about that!!!

Both of my boys passed to the next grade. Joshua my oldest is going to the 6th grade. It seems like it was just yesterday that I was walking him to his kindergarten class room...
Then my youngest son Bobbie is going into the first grade. I am so proud of both of them. They both did so good this year!!

Ok now on to the phenomenal, absolutely amazing, most teriffic news of all. Since having my surgery in April, I have lost 79 pounds!!!!!! I just can't believe how good I feel. I can admit that I am having a hard time getting in my protein because I am lactose intolerant but thanks to my second mom Annie, I can now take it. Thank you lord for Lactaid...lol

Ok well thats enough about me. I am just so happy. How is everyone else doing ok....Love you all and thanks for all of the support and prayers....

I am glad to hear you are doing really well. Its good you are getting back into your online classes. I find having something to keep me busy helps me not to be so darned focused on my weight loss so much. Of course its a good thing to be focused on our health but sometimes it can get a little intense and something else to think about is a good thing. Enjoy your classes.

Yeah for you for getting back in school! A positive change!

Glad to hear you are still progressing well on your wls journey. Here I am 3 years later and STILL having a hard time getting in my protein! After surgery I became lactose intolerant and I cannot even stand the thought of milk! Makes me nauseous!

Funny that I can do mayo and sour cream, but the thought of milk and yogurt make me, well you get the idea.

I am not willing to try milk and yogurt, but I am willing to try some protein powder again. Going shopping this evening to find some to see if that will help.

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!
