YEAH!1 So glad we have both made it to the other side! At 3 weeks out I'm still doing good. I have been a little nausous the last few days, but I took off my Birth Control Patch I had started and i feel much better. I think we may have to rethink that:-) Can't wait to see you at the support group meeting on the 23rd. Susan

I missed you at the last support group!  I am glad to be here but so  so so sick of liquids.  I kept seeing those post pre-op and thought people were nuts.. but now I know.  Sorry you have had nausia.. i couldn't do the patch either.  I got the merina iud and love it. 

I will be there.. I need all the support I can get..

It's so hard to believe I am going into my 4th week post-op already! I am doing SOOOO much better since I got that patch off! I actually went swimming yesterday. I go for my follow-up tomorrow. I am hoping to be released to star****er aerobics this week. I am on the soft phase now and I can tell you it is much better. It take very little to make me full, but just the fact that I can have food with some kind of taste is much better. I too craved something salty and I opted for the clear soup at the local Japaneese restraunt and then the next week with full liquids I had some broth from egg drop soup. DELICIOUS! I can't wait to see you in a few weeks! Take care.

I am so glad you are doing well.  I am better this morning.  I had my first protein shake. I can't wait to be on Soft foods...  I am sure you are looking great.  I go back next tuesday.  I am sure you will be released.  Especially if you feel good enough.  See you soon...

Wow Kelly, So glad to hear you are up and moving around and feeling fine!!! This gives me great hope for my RNY on the 15th!! I too hope to have a great report afterwards!!!!!Take good care of yourself and remember to SIP,SIP,SIP!!!!!!!!!!!!
