It's Thursday. It may not have been the best week for you. You may have had some struggles, you may have shed a tear.

It's ok. It's a new day. Dig down and let's start the day on a positive note.  ...So what are you happy about? What's making you smile today? What are you thankful for?

1) I'm off tomorrow (YEAH)

2) God is so good and merciful and forgiving

3) My husband has a better outlook on his struggles at work and church. I so love my boo. I hate when he is hurting and I cannot 'fix it'. All I can do is encourage him and keep our home loving and peaceful

4) I did Leslie Sansone's 2 mile walk this morning and I was in much better shape than the last time I did it. No huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf

5) OH NC forum members are the best!

6) Employee evaluations are due only once a year! Working on my self assessment today then get to spend the next month working on my employees' evaluations

7) I completed couch 25k and I still motivated to exercise (did not say I liked it, just still wanting to move...move...move)

8) For another day, another moment, to tell someone I love you...'I love you OH NC Forum!'

ok I'll stop....Come on and share. You'll encourage yourself and hopefully someone else too!

If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

Hi Valerie,

Thanks for the reminder to do remember to appreciate all of the good things in life, no matter what our struggles may be.

I am so grateful to have my health back.

I am grateful that Ben was able to have his WLS before he was laid off.

I am grateful to have 3 healthy children.

I am grateful to have the opportunity to spend time with my sons, in-laws and my mother in CA this summer.

I am grateful that both of my sons have found loving, supportive, complimentary life-mates. Chris married his last fall and Mike will marry next summer.

I am grateful that my daughter is getting to know her brother a little better.

I am grateful to know that no matter how difficult things get we will have a roof over our heads.

I am grateful that we have medical insurance coverage.

I am grateful to have to love and support of my husband and children.

I am grateful to have the support and friendship of so many people I have met through the NC OH forum and the support groups.

I am grateful to call you my friend...
