confirmed Large top is too big

I never made it back to walmart had to work this weekend soo I put on the large top after getting out of the hot tub.
I am happy and totally pleased to say IT IS TOO BIG!!!
I will be passing this top onto Emelinda.
Tomorrow I will complete day 3 week 8 of couch 2 5k
I know what I have to do for me and working out is part of it.

You are such an inspiration! I can't wait to start losing weight and wearing smaller sizes. I had to start buying 3x this spring because I gained some weight since last year. Maybe by next year this time. I hope to have my WLS in Sept. Keep up the good work. Jackie

Now remember that you can only get mediums in the 'normal' size departments at the stores. So don't even look in the plus sizes anymore because you don't even need the pants from there anymore either. Emelinda will be able to wear those larges for a short while and soon enough she will pass it on as well. WOW we are all shrinking!

So many times when I see PLUS SIZES my first reaction is to go there.

Couch 2 5k is a nine week program using a treadmill or just walking I prefere my treadmil lYou start out slow with jogging so many minutes and walking.
I am now up to jogging/marching for 28 minutes.
Thats the name of my game my average burning calories is 800=1000
