Time Has Come.

Well today will be my last blog, and play time on OH until we get to Japan. The moving company is coming Friday morning to pack up our belongings to ship. It takes about two months for all our stuff to get there. WE fly out Sept 3rd and will arrive in Japan late the 5th or early the 6th... I'm ready for the move to be over with. So much drama with our families that its unreal.
By some mircle I got tricare to approve my gall bladder surgery yesterday. I will now have to wait until Aug 7th, cutting it very very close, but it will be done. I pray i will be fine.
We leave next Tuesday June 30th, to travle to the top of MI to visit jeremy's family, then around the 9th of july we'll drive to the bottom of TX to visit my family..Then make our way back here until we fly out. We will be covering 4,000 miles in driving and i'm not a happy camper about it.  No one is willing to help pay for this trip, nor where they willing to come here. I rather not go but we have things planned out with the movers that shipping tomorrow our belonging will get there Sept 1st and we won't have to wait on them, once we get there.
We do not have renters yet, not even a bite.. So i'm very nervous and uneasy feeling.  I just wish thing would have happen sooner for us, our finace has taken for ever to go through, and we are in a time crunch...
I believe i'm doing ok with weight lost, wi**** was a little more, but i seem to loose about 2 pounds a week. I was never a big looser, or a fast looser... I just hope i make it to my goal weight..
I hope that the support  groups, J-Ville and Havelock/New Bern still meet up. There are a few new comers to the groups that i have met. I know you guys will welcome them with open arms.
I do have myspace, and a cell phone. I will have my cell phone on until the day we fly out to japan. My cell phone will allow  me to check myspace, but this page has to may flash advertising so i can't check it. I also am a Texting queen.
While at my mom's i'll hop on the comp at night so i'll be able to update anyone. i will take my photos like i do, but won't be able to post them until we get to japan...
I think that covers just about everything, i wish all the newbies all the luck in the world with up coming surgeries, and all the ones on the looser bench thanks for your support.. This is an amazing website, and my support group ladies are awesome as well.I hope once i get to Okinawa Japan that i'll be able to find a support group, and enjoy them as much as i enjoy our get togethers.

As I started to read your post I'm thinking 'wait she was not leaving until the end of August'. Had to read it again to understand your stuff has to go first.

Seems like time flew by! I hope your plans work out as smooth as possible. I love to drive so 4000 miles would be a dream for me! I get you about no one else willing to come to you. In our family, we do all the traveling. No one comes to us.

In spite of all the changes, take care of yourself...I mean really take care of you! We'll be praying and on the lookout for knowing you made all of your trips safely and eventually to Japan.

 

Stay safe with all that driving and don't push yourselves to hard. We always try to get that extra 100 miles in before resting but then we just get way too tired. DON'T DO THAT! Get lots of rest. I hope your Japan adventure is great for you and your DH. I wish I could go to Japan. I think I would love it.

Man, so glad to hear that they approved your surgery! Great!! Yeah, the timing will be ok too. Enjoy your time on the road and enjoy the sites of the US of A! 4k miles....lotsa vibrating butt for you! hehe

Thanks you guys, i am very teary eyed right now... i know i haven't met or known some of ya'll very long but i feel like you are all my REAL friend, people i have connected with and will always have a special bond with.
I will be back in the area in the begaining of Aug, I hope to make to one more J-Ville met up, and one more havelock meeting after that . so you ladies who put these together better call me so i will know when to come... Then we'll be off to japan..
yes time does fly, its funny you get 6 months to prepare and get things done, we got everything done so quickly ie screening, pass port, area clearnce that it was like a waiting game. Now TMO(moving company) is going to be knocking on my door bright and early tomorrow to pack us out.
Road trip, i'm not a big big fan of driving nor riding lol so yes it will take a lot for me to sit in the car... i may need some sleeping pills lol.. my husband loves to do cross country drives, we drove from Cali to here when we moved here and it just about killed me.. lol
We have all the enterainment junk in the car, DVD player,  and all but i hate sitting still for long long time.. I know we'll be stopping a few times due to my husband collcetion of shot glasses.. he needs to get them from all the states we travel through. normally we each take a shot out of them but i won't be joining in on this one lol..not yet atleast. one day he wants one from everystate, so hint hint hawaii girl..
I'm sure i'll do fine with my gall bladder, Dr.Mac has and will take good care of me... that is why i'm refusing to go anywhere else.. i want him to take care of me..
Ok i have to go finish packing the suit cases, so that we have clothes left behind..
