I haven't yet tried the 100 calorie Hostess cakes.  You got them at Walmart yesterday; are they only available at Walmart?

Food Lion had them but I have not seen them in several weeks.
I did look on Amazon and yes they have them I may just order some next month.
I havent looked at HT but I am sure they have them also but keep in mind the three little cakes do the job for me because of the pouch.
Before the pouch I am sure I could of eatten a whole box at once one more blessing from the pouch.

The problem with me is that I feel hungry ALL the time, and I never feel full no matter what.

Once I get the WLS, I will finally be able to feel full and not feel hungry all the time.  I will be able to eat a small amount of food and feel full.

This is very true Sharon but.....did you know that consuming a large amount of carbs make you hungry?Eatting more complex carbs such as whole grains and beans helps fill you up.
It maybe a good idea to start to look into some of these foods.

Hi Annie,

Even when I eat complex carbs like beans and whole grains, I still get hungry very quickly.  I also still need to eat a lot of complex carbs to fill me up. 

I think my stomach is too big and it takes more food for me to feel full; WLS will help me feel full quicker.
