Couch 25k - Last Week! What Are You Gonna Do Today to Help You reach Your Goals?
I completed week 9 day 1 this morning.
I have to say today was the HARDEST day for me! Physically I have been ok. Every now and then I would have a new ache as my couch bound muscles realized the girl is not joking this time!
it was hard mentally. As soon as the clock went off my mind started racing with many reasons to roll over. I ignored them and got up but it was a slow crawl through my morning ritual to eventually get to the treadmill. I counted the minutes as time seems to move so SLOW when I am on the treadmill
Ok enough of my whining...I finished the workout and have (2) more runs to complete the program! I really like running but I STILL HATE EXERCISING! Oh...I was supposed to stop whining now...
Boy it must be Monday. Let me get some happy juice from somewhere and I'll be back cause if this is all I got to whine about, then what am I whining about???

I am typically not whiner but I was in full whine mode this morning!
Had my happy juice now (coffee) now if that clock would move a little faster towards 5pm...
