6 month follow-up!
I saw Dr. Chapman in Greenville today for my 6-month follow up. When he walked in to my little room, I jumped up and hugged him!! And I told him how much fun I was having telling everyone what a genius he is! My weightloss is on track and he said I looked great. He said my next goal would be to lose 25 lbs. by my 9-month check-up. When he examined me he said I was going to have a lot of loose skin at my tummy, i.e., my "apron." I figured that though. He said I didn't have an abdominal hernia, but he said I have weakness in those abdominal muscles. I wonder if I might be able to improve this area, at least a little, with some targetted exercise to tone my tummy muscles. My regular Dr. checked my ferratin on Monday and I'm good. Dr. Chapman's office ordered more blood work today too to check on all my other levels.

It is not the magnitude of our actions but the amount of love that is put into them that matters.
