Too big to get a hug

I never gave it much thought until just now.
I was so big I never was able to get a real hug.
Now my hubby can wrap both arms around me and in some situations has even picked me up.
OMG I never had that happen.
I think how lonely it was not to get a good hug.

Hubby said to me today that he can't wait until he can carry me over the threshold again! That was cool! Everyone needs a good hug!

Isn't that cool?  I knew I was getting there when my 9 yr old said "Mom, my hands reach each other" when she was hugging me.  It's cool when they recognize it.

 I knew i was finally making a difference when my 5 year old said mommy, your tummy isn't puffy anymore.. I don't like to lay my head on your tummy its not comfy like a marshmallow.. lol 
He was mad for the longest time because he thought i was going into the hospital to have a baby, and when i came home from surgery, and no baby came he was to say the least PIST at me..lol 
My husband said oh my gosh princess my hand can almost fit across your back, not sure what that means... that and my gut doesn't push him away anymore when he hugs and kisses me.. 
its a nice feeling to know i weigh less then my husband does now...
