Starting week 7 and other stuff

Last night Lee and I went to the UNC group.
Not many people but still was good to see everyone and chat.
After the meeting Lee and I had a enjoyable dinner with Stan and Jody.
They are both looking wonderful.
Karen Dr. Farrel's nurse said she would be intrested in attending one of our Meetups and said maybe Dr. Farrel would come too.
Would that not be sooo cool.

Today I start week 7 of Couch 2 5k OMG I cant belive I have stuck with this,this long.

I completed week 8 day 2 this morning. See you at the finish line!

week 7 (day 1, 2, and 3) - Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.5 miles (or 25 minutes).
 


If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!
