Going batty
Last Monday I had surgery on my bladder so for the next 3 weeks I can't lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk or do any kind of exercise other than a gentle stroll...ugh! When I walk across the room it's faster than a gentle stroll.I'm about to go batty sitting here, not able to do things. I was going to the gym everyday, staying busy, enjoying my weight loss, now it's come to a sudden stop. I know in the grand scheme of things this is just a blip in time but darn this is harder than I thought.Just had to get that out. Thanks for listening.

Slow down, enjoy this time. Sit outside in the shade, read a book, watch movies you haven't had time to see or start a new hobby such as scrapbooking or knitting or something that doesn't require a lot of physical effort.
