Also Vitamin Shoppe has protein bullets.. I got some to try and they are 42 g of protein in about 3 oz.  I liked the grape .. say away from the blue raspberry =)  I don't think you can absorb all that protein at once but you could take a few sips, and put it back in the fridge.

I am glad things went well.  I think surgery can cause a lot of melt-downs..it's stressful!

I can't help wiht the full liquids... but I am glad you are well.

Hi! *waving* I had my sx on the 10th @ Rex...did we pass one another in the halls?lol

How are you doing with the Full Liq's? I've been "eating" soups, very very runny instant mashed potatoes - like soup, yogurt, fudgcicles, and my protein drinks...

oh, and I'm using Cambells Tom Juice instead of Tom Soup because of the sugar and carb content...

I came home on the 10th so we probably just missed each other.  What kind of yogurt are you eating and what are your favorite protein drinks?  I love the tomato soup but also have some of the juice, so I'll try it too!  Are the mashed potatoes working for you?  Thanks, Mardia

So far my favorite protein drink is...PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE! It is the BEST drink I have ever had - HANDS DOWN! I order it from bariaticeating.com It's their own brand and I'm looking forward to trying some of their other flavors :) Yogurt is Yoplait light FF a bunch of the PIE flavors... About the taters, please dont think that they any form of "potato" I was just too lazy to make some potato soup so I heated up some milk and swirled in some instant flakes...This is very much a SOUP. Next week will be a more formed pile of taters ;)

I'll look online at the Peanut Butter cookie drink, sounds good.  I've looked at yogurt but haven't tried any yet.  What sugar content is in those you're eating??
