Well all went well last Monday with my RNY, gall bladder removal and hiatal hernia repair.  Had a pretty bad day on the second day (just a comedy of errors all day long, I had a complete melt-down!)
Tomorrow starts my week of full liquids.  Any recommendations on what may have worked well for you?  Tomato juice or soup, other cream soups, protein shakes, fudgsicles,???

I lived off of the protein shakes from GNC. Some of these stores have a sample to try. They were pretty good. I also enjoyed Wonton soup minus the wontons and SF popsicles and sf jello.
Good Luck

No, I can't have the beans until another week.  Looking forward to that however?  Tomato juice and tomato soup are okay, arent' they?

There is little or no protien in tomato soup.
You could add Unjury chicken flavor to it but have to becarful of how hot you get it if mixing the Unjury.

One thing that helps me keep track of my intake and fittness is I use www.sparkpeople.com also some people like .my daily plate.
I used to think how am I going to keep track of an ounce of this and that.
By using one of these programs it helps be keep track of all my calories, fat, and protien.
