Help Jacksonville, Wilmington, New Bern, Ect...

 I took my class in Aug of last year, the first week in Sept i did all my testing, i took a week off from work and had all my pre op appointments made.. I had to wait until Nov to Meet Dr.Mac due to my husband being deployed. Dr.Mac will want to meet your spouse... To make sure you have a good support at home.. And that he understands how things are going to change.. If your hubby has questions they can be answered, then they summited my paper work to tricare..Dec 19th i got my call and had surgery Jan 9th. 
The only thing with Tricare is make sure you have your ducks in a roll, make sure you have your weight history for the last five years, all the failed attemps at diets, if you seen the nutrionits make sure you have all that.. So when you walk in to Dr.Mac's office to fill out your paper work your good to go.. anything that can be used as co-morbility such as a knee problem, back pain, arthisit, dibeties, you name it.. have it all there... Just make copies of everything... 
Once Bobby Lou (dr. mac's nurse) summits for surgery, stay on top of tricare, if you don't here anything in like a week or two call Tricare, don't call dr. mac... 
I did that,  You can more then likely get this done before thanksgiving or even halloween i you get pro active, like i said we had to wait for my husband to come home from Iraq before we could do the surgery... 
Where you moving too?? at the end of the summer we are heading to JAPAN, dr. mac gave me his personal email, so he can keep up with my stats, or if i need anything.. This is the best doctor, that god gave me... What doctor would take the time to take care of someone in another country.. 
Very very nice person.... plus he takes the time to teach interns about his surgery he does...

Thank you so very much for all the information! You made me feel A lot better! Im really happy with the dicision I've made to have WLS. It was something I was thinking about forever, but I was too shy to bring it up with my hubby, and Im glad I finally got the balls to do so lol!

You are going to LOVE Japan! We were in Okinawa a little over 2 years ago, and I love love loved it! If you are going to Okinawa make sure you go to The Cottages at Oura Wan on camp schwab. It was AMAZING!

We are moving to Hawaii! Im so excited, and I just cant believe we got it! There are only 11 spots for my husbands MOS over there, and he got the last one. I about passed out at the news lol.

 we've been to oki as well.. i can't wait to go back... Hawaii, we so where wanting hawaii... but oki i'll take that over hawaii.. Thank god its not 29 palms lol we spent three years there too.. oh man was i hating life.. 
WLS will make you a stronger person, to where you can be more open to your husband about things... it'll probably bring you guys closer, be able to work out and walk and junk. its awesome..

Ugh. 29 palms! He went for 6 months, and I stayed here. He HATED it lol, so I bet I would too. Oki is something we are talking about after Hawaii again lol. I loved it there.

Girl I cant wait for that. Its going to be amazing to work out with my hub lol. I have always wanted to, but never could! Im even more excited now, then I was! I didnt think I could be lol!
