Have any of you had this pain?

I have a stabbing pain on the side of my stomach periodically.  Have any of you had this? I feel it's nothing but I thought i would ask.
I am 3 months out from surgery .

I'm 15 months out and still will have slight pain on my left side.  I wouldn't descibe it as "stabbing" by any means, but it's still there from time to time.  I don't know if it's surgery related or not and the Doc. says he can't find anything wrong.  If it persists, you may want to mention it to your surgeon, at least at your next follow up. 

Hey nighthawk, if the pain is on your right side of the stomach, get yourself checked for gall bladder issues.  Fairly common with RNY'ers, especially at around the 1 year postop mark.  Hope it turns out to be nothing.

Had you figured out the pain yet?  I have a small pain on left side if I eat something gassy.  Hope you're doing well

 Not yet but it went away so I think it was nothing. I am bad at not noticing things so I'm trying to be more observant.
