Couch 25K - What are You Doing Today to Get Your Exercise In?
I completed week 7 day 1 today. It's all running for the rest of the program.
The muscle/tendon whatever you call it just below the knee to the left on my left left was not happy for the first 5 minutes of jogging. It got a bit painful where I had a momentary thought of just walking. I continued to jog and it ceased about 5minutes later. Guess I need a longer warm-up than some stretching and a 5min walk.
I need some new music to keep me distracted from the time so downloading some new tunes to the ipod is on the to-do list this week.
So what are you going to do today to get your exercise in?
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout like a skinny girl!
