411Fit website - really useful for tracking food/exercise
A coworker sent me a link to this site sponsored by UNC Chapel Hill. I have been using it sporadically and when I have been consisent using it, find that I'm much more accountable.

Hi Alice,
You are doing awesome! 3 pounds to goal - what an accomplishment.
I feel like I have hit a brick wall head first. My max lost was 98 pounds. Then I starting having problems with allergies and hives and was on steriods three different times. I have gained over 15 pounds. I feel so defeated. No matter what I do the scales just seem to keep getting higher. I will try the website you suggested and maybe with that extra accountability I will begin to find success again.

You have done great and I know it is not easy to keep the weight off. I am struggling with weight gain too. I'm up about 5 pounds and need to get it off so I can work on that last 3 pounds. I got so close and then started to test my limits and for a while, did fine eating a little of this and that and now, it's creeping up so I thought this 411 site might help me. I do good during the week but it's the weekends that is really hard since my DH loves to eat too.
