I know exactly what you mean. I've done the same thing. This morning I started my day with half of a nice ham, egg and cheese sandwich! I thoroughly enjoyed it and haven't gotten into any of the 'stuff' that gets me into trouble.
I think working on the positive will get us where we want to be.
