I wanted you to know it was great seeing you this morning.
I went home after the breakfast and completed week 5 day 3 and I was able to jog for 20 minutes keeping in mind my jogging may not look like jogging my I am doing it or giving it my best shot.
Please send me week 6.

I so enjoyed seeing you!

Glad you got your workout in. I know what you mean about what it looks like. No matter, your moving!

Right now it has to be one of my first tasks before  I leave the house. I just know that later in the day I'll make constant excuses not do it. So for now, up at 4:30am and jogging by 5am.

Here is week 6, Love Ya....
Day 1
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
 
Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
Jog 3/4 mile (or 8 minutes)
Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)

 

Day 2
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
 
Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)
Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)
 
 

Day 3
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2-1/4 miles (or 25 minutes) with no walking.



If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!
