Still alive! LOL
Hey fellow North Carolinians!
It's been forever since I've posted, I've been really busy! I hope everyone is doing well, and to the new faces I see, good luck to you. I'm still doing well. My weight bounces between 195 and 205 depending on the day, so I'm still pretty much at my original goal of 200. My diabetes, HBP, GERD, etc is still in remission and I'm still feeling great. The only thing that bothers me is "problem area" fat that I can't attack with exercise. Examples of this is my stomach and the old horiffic "love handles". LOL I'll take 'em though, I would have loved to have ONLY had "problem areas" 18 months ago.
Good luck to everyone!

Hey Jason,
It's great to hear from and I'd delighted that you are doing so well. I truly understand your issues with 'problem areas'... mine are my 'tummy', bat wings, and thighs, but as you say, I'd have given anything to just have these problem areas when I started this journey 2 years ago. Having my health and improved quality of life has been wonderful and wonderous.
I hope you and your lovely wife continue to enjoy good health for many years to come.
All the best,
Barbara
