Better Days, My Job Hunt , Husbands MRI etc.
My husband went for his MRI yesterday, he is going to have to have rotator cuff surgery, but it's nothing major, the doctor said a speedy recovery and he'll be back to work building houses which is the other love of his life.
I am staying positive on my surgery journey as my insurance submission was sent off yesterday, i plan to call back on Monday to check the status and hopefully get a surgery date.
Today in the mail I received $150.00 in gift cards to any shell gas station. What a blessing at this time, and oh how it was needed.
Also, I've been looking for a job. I'm not exactly the stay at home mommy type. Anyway, I had an interview at one of the main clinics in my city today and it went great. Really great actually, me and the woman were talking like we'd known each other forever.
Then when I got home, I got another phone call from a prominent doctors wife in the area asking me would I be interested in a position at her husbands office and that she would love to set up a time to talk to me. They have extensive benefits and an awesome work environment.
Right when that dark cloud was looming over us, it parted and I'm starting too see the rainbow, The Lord blesses you when you least expect it.
Keep me in your prayers about the job hunt, I know I will receive the one that is best suited for me.
Also, Keep me in your thoughts on Saturday morning. I am having a HUGE yardsale to make some extra money and go ahead and get rid of all my fat winter clothes lol.
Take Care Everyone!
Hi Jordan,
I'm delighted to hear that the clouds have parted and the sun is shining on you and your husband. I'm delighted to hear that the rainbow is out for you. I look forward to hearing that have your choice of jobs and have selected the one the suits you best, followed by note that you have your surgery approval.
As you might know, my husband lost his job in January and we are struggling as well. Hearing of your success give me hope that the sun will soon shine on us as well.
Wishing you all the best,
Barbara

I'll continue to pray for you and be looking forward to hear which job comes through and how the yard sale goes! Too bad I will not be in the area tomorrow! I love a yard sale!

Let me tell you getting ready for a yard sale in the pouring down rain is a sight lol.
It's supposed to be clear and warm tomorrow.
We have spent the day getting everything ready.
I have TONS of stuff. Hopefully, I can make enough money to get me a hot new haircut, a dye job, and an oil change for the Explorer oh and of course a Slip and Slide for my little boy. If i make ENOUGH lol, I may just go pick up EA Active for the Wii.
Take Care everyone!
