Yes im guilty for not posting all the time like i have in the past. There is something about the weight loss that for some odd reason got my up and running around like a young man for some reason. I just got in from a grueling hike in the Smokeys for four days and somewhere along the way I hit and passed into the Century club. I started out this journey with a fifty inch waist and now wear comfortably a 34 waist. I am still about thirty to forty pounds in need of lifting but its nice to know I can now do things that were not even possible this time last year. Congrats to all of you that took the plunge into the world of bariatric life and for those that are making and awaiting the decisions the best of luck to you all..

I have missed your post too and the strange thing is every darn time I see Tic Tacs I think about you.
BTW they now have a larger size of Tic Tacs.
I am not to far from 34 pants I can now wear hubby's 38's he likes to think he can wear a 36 and I tell him those days are long gone.
