Did any show down on the weight loss about the 3rd month? I have lost 65 pound and the scales has not move for the past 2 1/2 to 3 weeks.

I think I went about 4 weeks around that time and the scale did not move. I did loose a few inches, your body needs a little while to catch up. I bet you will or have lost some inches while you have stalled.

I hear a lot of folks talk about a stall at 3 months so I think it is very normal.  I still have a way to go to 3 months I am only 1 week out.
