Couch 25k - What Didn't You Feel Like Doing?

Yawn!  Although I am awake, working on a nice cup of coffee, I feel a little sluggish this morning.

I completed week 6 day 1 of the program but I sure did not feel like it this morning.

I believe  my poor sleeping pattern is catching up with me as I now get up at 4:40am to workout. That is going to have to be my next goal so I'll save that for another post when I am serious enough to address it.

So tell me what you did not feel like doing this weekend but you did it anyway?
 
Week 6
Day 1
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
 
Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
Jog 3/4 mile (or 8 minutes)
Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)

 

Day 2
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
 
Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)
Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)

Day 3
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2-1/4 miles (or 25 minutes) with no walking.



If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!
