Support or meetup for people 1 yr+ out?

I am looking for people interested in a support group or justa monthly get together for lunch, at a libray or even each others houses for people past the 1 yr mark for ideas and support.  I am pretty centrl to Sanford, Southern Pines and Fayetteville.............any groups already formed or anyone interested in starting one?
