Edited to say... A lot of people have run in to exclusions on insurance policies. Make sure you read it well before you pay the fee per month. I have BCBS and they seem to cover it if the employeer doesn't opt out of the coverage. But I have heard people with Aetna and United heathcare have had some issues.
